This Recipe is very tasty. Please try at your home

Ingredients:

Ilish fish - 2 number

1 tbsp Onion Paste

1 tbsp Red chilly Powder

1 tbsp Garlic paste

1 tbsp Turmeric Powder

1 tbsp Beaten Sour curd

1 Tbsp Mustard Paste

1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red chilly Powder

Half Tomato chopped

2 tbsp Mustard oil

Salt to Taste

Process:

At first take a kadrai and add mustard oil

When become oil hot then add onion paste and garlic paste and stirr well properly.

Then after add tomato chopped and then after add some salt stirr

well properly

Then after add all masala and mustard paste stirr well properly

Then add water cook for few minuties

Then add fish and cook for few minuties

Then that dish is ready for serve with white rice
